Welcome to the 4th International congress on Structural Epilepsy & Symptomatic Seizures (STESS).

Building on the success of previous editions in 2019, 2023, and 2025, the International Congress on Structural Epilepsy & Symptomatic Seizures (STESS) returns to Gothenburg in 2027. The three-day meeting focuses on symptomatic seizures and structural epilepsies and brings together clinicians and researchers across neurology, stroke, epilepsy, and neurocritical care.

The program features cutting-edge research and clinical presentations, a teaching course for early-career scientists and clinicians, and a new interactive meeting format with discussion-based sessions. We welcome abstract submissions for both poster and platform presentations.

Join us at Wallenberg Congress Center in Gothenburg on 7-9 April, 2027.
